About Stairtec

Stairtec was established in 1988, however the directors, Reg and Derek, have been working together in the staircase industry since the early 1970's. Between them , Reg and Derek have in excess of 70 years experience in the manufacture and installation of staircases and handrails.

We pride ourselves on our personal service and 'hands on ' approach to our staircases. Our stairs are quoted, manufactured and installed by the owners themselves.

We specialize in steel and steel / timber combination staircases - spirals, spine-beams, double channels and flat plate stringers. Stairtec also manufactures steel and steel / timber combination handrails to existing steel, timbe rand concrete stairs, decks and/or balconies.

All stairs and balustrades are made to measure, there is no 'standard' design - we manufacture to suit your needs, taste and budget.

Other services provided by Stairtec include the manufacture and installation of decks and balconies.
